Q: What kind of wood is used?
A: Thick 1/4 inch (5 mm), FSC certified American plywood. That's why you feel the light scent of natural wood when open the puzzle box. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits
Q: How fast and how much is shipping?
A: Free and Fast shipping, 1-5 days delivery time on all orders in the USA!
Orders placed before 11:59 am Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same business Day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are shipped the same or the next business day.
Shipping Provider USPS Priority Mail - delivery time 2-5 days. Alternatively, we use FedEx Delivery, UPS, USPS First Class, Amazon Logistics or other similar Shipping Providers.
You should get a tracking number once your order has been released for shipping, if you have issues, email us your order number or first, last name and shipping address to info@foxsmartbox.com, and we'll get you the tracking number.
For custom puzzles, corporate orders and wholesale orders, please add the production time specified on the respective page.
Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: Yes, we do. We offer FREE International Shipping on orders $120+. UPS 3-5 days transit time, USPS International 2-6 days. Packages are trackable and insured against loss.
Orders under $120 are calculated Shipping Worldwide; you can choose a service at the checkout. Depending on your country's customs regulations, you may be responsible for paying customs fees or duties should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information. Custom Clearance or Recipient Country specifics may cause delays.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We accept returns of un-opened puzzles for 30 days after the purchase. E-mail us at info@foxsmartbox.com the request to confirm the return address, then ship it with your preferred provider. Once we receive the item, we will issue the refund. If you need to return a puzzle you've already opened, contact us, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Is checkout safe?
A: When you complete the checkout on our website it's processed by Shopify system. Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard. It means that the stores are equipped with data encryption tools, protection of Shopify payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring.
Q: What type of payments are accepted on your website?
A: Payments processed either by Shopify or PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, venmo are accepted.
Q: Where else can I buy your puzzles?
A: We also sell on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart and Facebook. The price on the 3rd party e-commerce platforms may be higher to cover selling fees. Visit Where to buy? – FoxSmartBox Page for more information.
Q: My order is a gift! Can you not include the price with the order receipt?
A: Sure, you can add Gift comment during checkout and/or send us email at info@foxsmartbox.com with your order number and/or use Contact Us form
Q: How often do you add new puzzles?
A: We are constantly searching for modern and fine art pieces that can be turned into puzzles. For contemporary artworks, we either purchase copyrights directly from the artists or use artwork created by our company. We have an in-house cutting-scheme designer as well as several contractors, all of whom work on new designs daily

Q: Are there discounts or sales?
A: Yes, sometimes we have discounts and special offers on selected items. You can subscribe to our news on the main page. We won't bother you with marketing spam and normally announce sales or special offers.
Q: What ages do you recommend your puzzles for?
A: As a manufacturer, we recommend our puzzles for ages 18 and up. Generally, it's never too early or too late to become a puzzler :) However, the small pieces can be a choking hazard for children under 3. Use common sense, and if you choose to buy a puzzle for your child or work on one together, make sure he or she understands not to put the small pieces in their mouth.
Some of our puzzle images include cartoon or fine-art nudity that some adults may feel is not appropriate for children—please use your own judgment for each image
Q: What's a "whimsy piece"?
A: Pieces that are specially shaped are called whimsy pieces. Each set has a few of its "own" special details, hand-drawn "whimsy" pieces, cut into shapes to match the theme of the puzzle image.
